HAZA LA CENTENOSA organic EVOO is obtained from Picual varitety green olives (PDO Sierra Magina, Jaen, Spain) with the pits removed, only from its pulp. These olives are harvested exclusively through mechanical procedures and cold-pressed. This oil is the favourite one of EVOO lovers, soft and sweet to the palate, although keeping the bitterness and spiciness of the picual olives.

The producer of this excelent Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is the first in Spain that uses this technique of removing pits before pressing the olives, which was already used by the Romans in the 3rd. century B.C.
The creation and development of an olive oil with such quality starts at the olive grower's hard work, the care taken on the olive trees and the fields, the harvest time decision and the oil extraction in the middle of autumn. It all leads to this original, balanced and pleasant taste and fragrances that recall sweet almonds, fresh olive juice, fig tree, and freshly cut grass.
This EVOO is appreciated for its outstanding balance caused by the high content of oleic acid and polyphenols, which leads to a longer lifetime and a high resistance to the high temperatures when cooking.
