We propose you this pack with 6 superb signature chocolates, five single-origin and one caramelised (by the toasting the lactose of the milk contained) alongiside with 4 wines, an ageing whitel, a sparkling albarino, a red Garnacha wine (old vines) and a sweet red wine. This selection has been made according to the following points:

CHOCOLATES:

- The intense flavors and the high purity percentage of the chocolates raw ingredients allow them to be great allies for our tasting. It has been avoided that they contain other fats than those coming from the cocoa paste, which would be negative since fat is an old enemy of wine as it spreads a film around the taste buds that prevents appreciating the nuances of the flavors.

- The sweet caramelized flavor of the blonde chocolate is ideal to pair with the sweet red wine or to transform the nuances given by the other wines.

WINES:

- An ageing white wine elaborated with Chardonnay and Muscat grapes (apart from Verdejo variety grapes), which are ideal for our tasting due to its fruity and fresh nuances whose unctuousness is accentuated by its aging in barrels that brings also toasted nuances.

- A sparkling albarino wine, rich in fruity notes that accentuate the intense flavors of chocolate.

- A powerful and intense aging red Grenache wine (old vines), with sweet notes of red fruits and pepper that drive into toasted. Ideal for the intense attributes of chocolates of origin.

- Finally a sweet red wine to combine, either with the intensity of the flavors of the chocolates of origin or with the sweetness of caramelized chocolate.
